Important Notice on CT-7510HT high temperature applications: 
  • CT-7510HT is designed to be used in high temperature (250 C or less) environments for short period of time (30 min. or less).
  • The compressed cooling air must be used to keep the camera sensor and probe head cool.
  • The maximum compressed air pressure is ~100psi.
  • CT-7510HT is not designed for long time exposure at high temperature.
  • Make sure the cooling air is flowing before you put the probe into high temperature environment. Test and feel the air flow first, then use the probe. 
  • The cooling efficiency is very very important to keep the camera head cool. Highly depends on the set-up and cooling operation.

  1. The max. temperature ( must be less than 250 C / 500 F
  2. How deep the probe is inserted into the high temp zone
  3. The cooling air flow pressure and flow rate
  4. The cooling air temperature
  5. Take out the probe camera immediately if the thermal noise shows
