High Temperature Borescopes

Normal miniature camera borescope videoscope cameras are not suitable for high temperature (> 80 degree celcius) environments due to sensor, electronic components and lens materials used in camera probes. 

We designed special insertion tube protected with metal braided layers, and use compressed air to cool down the probe tip and camera part. The maximum temperature these borescopes can stand is 300 degree celcius (572 F). This technology solved the problem that normal videoscopes can not be used when engine is hot. Technicians need to wait for hours for engine to cool down. Mechanics can immediately do borescope inspection work when a car pulls up.  

ME-610C is borescope with build-in air cooling channel 
ME-610HT is a bundle of ME-610C and a compact portable rechargeable air pump.
CT-7510HT is a 2-way articulating video borescope with built-in cooling air channel and compressed-air connector.

Note: 

Our high temperature video borescopes are based on cooling with compressed air stream. The cooling effects are highly depended on the air pressure of the air pump, the flow rate of the cooling air, and the temperature of the cooling air.
